Crown the Nation has a decade of experience, with our consultants being former competitors, judges, and pageant directors. Our founder and owner, Juven Nava, has learned the craft that creates multiple winners and finalists. Juven has built a team with experts in pageantry and outstanding professional careers who are highly educated and experienced in the industry.
We have helped numerous young ladies achieve their personal goals at the local to national levels. Our mission is to highlight your internal spark. To polish and give you the skill set to command the board room and the stage. We work closely with you on individually customized plans. We teach you to maintain focus, tell your story and have a winning mindset.

JUVEN NAVA
Founder & Owner
Lead Consultant
Juven Nava, is from Wichita, KS and was the Executive Director of the Miss Wichita Organization. Numerous top 10 and top finalists at the Miss Kansas state competition, as well as preliminary talent and on-stage interview winners, national placements and awards have found their success through working with Juven.
In 2019, Juven saw tremendous success as both his local teen and Miss titleholders were crowned Miss Kansas' Outstanding Teen and Miss Kansas 2019. As a culmination of Juven' s mentorship and preparation for the national competition, Miss Kansas 2019 placed in the top 15 and won the Social Impact Initiative Award at Miss America 2020.
Outside of pageants, Juven is the Director of Community Outreach and Communications at GraceMed Health Clinic. In 2019, Juven was named Top 40 under 40 in Wichita and was also awarded Wichita's Diversity and Inclusion Award for his work in healthcare by the Wichita Business Journal. In 2022 he was also named Healthcare Hero by the Wichita Business Journal for his Community Outreach Work in Healthcare.
ANNIKA WOOTON

While Annika Wooton may be most well known for her historic two-year reign throughout the pandemic as Miss Kansas 2019 and 2020, she is also a speed painter, motivational speaker, pageant consultant, and life coach.
Annika represented Kansas at the 2020 Miss America Competition earning a Top 15 placement at the competition in addition to a non-finalist talent award for her 90-second speed painting performance of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
She now resides in Wichita and works with Lead for America - a non-profit working to build the next generation of civic leaders by connecting dynamic and diverse leaders to work on our communities’ toughest challenges.

Most recently, Annika launched her own arm of the pageant consulting business - Beyond the Crown - a coaching program that helps competitors find purpose beyond just winning the crown, whether they are still working towards that goal, on the other side of it, or if they've closed that chapter never quite having achieved what they wanted.
ASHLYNN FREEL

Ashlynn has been competing in pageants for a number of years in America system as a teen and Miss. Ashlynn also competed in the Teen USA system. Ashlynn was awarded numerous presentation and presence awards. She currently works with titleholders on walking and presentation. Ashlynn is currently a mother to a small pageant girl and is the owner of Ash Creative Co. Ashlynn is a graphic designer and photographer.
VERONICA STUART

Veronica has been married to her husband Paul Stuart for 26 years. Together they have two children and 2 grandchildren. Veronica became involved in pageantry with her daughter.
During her involvement, she built knowledge in a variety of systems. Veronica has coached young clients involved in the National American Miss program with numerous placements as a result. Veronica has assisted multiple titleholders in building partnerships and obtaining sponsors.
Veronica is the Office Manager at Stuart and Associates Commercial Flooring a company founded by her husband in 2003. Veronica was also named Career Woman of the Year by the Wichita Business Journal.
KATHERINE FOLEY

Consultant
Katherine "Kat" Foley has been in the pageant industry since she was 14, first competing in the Miss Kansas Outstanding Teen Organization where she competed for two years winning a service award, talent prelim award, and fitness award.
She then moved on to USA National Miss for a year where she represented Kansas at the national pageant and won the national talent award as well as placed in the top 15 during the final competition. She transitioned back to the Miss America Organization where she has placed both in the top 10 as well as top 5, being named 2nd runner up in 2019.
Kat may be done performing on stage as she is preparing to get married in 2022, but she still maintains a heavy community presence serving multiple boards. She serves on the Andover YMCA advisory committee, serves as a liaison between the YMCA and the Kansas Alliance Advocacy Committee, as well as being the youngest member to ever serve on the Governor's Council on Fitness. She is trained in multiple genres of dance, was a competitive gymnast, and is an ACE-certified personal trainer.
Jeffrey Hubbell
Clinical Social Work / Therapist, LMSW, LSCSW
Jeffrey provides psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and couples as a licensed mental health therapist. Jeffrey can help you develop practical, real-life strategies to bridge the gap from where you are now to where you want to be. With over ten years of clinical experience, Jeffrey has worked with clients to overcome anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem issues, and other mental health struggles.

Jeffrey completed his Master's degree at the University of Kansas. He specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Rogerian Therapy.
