APPLY TO WORK WITH US
Begin with an application.
Crown the Nation works with a small group of competitors each season, and every new client begins here. The application helps us understand your goals, your timeline, and the kind of season you are preparing for, so we can have the right conversation when we meet.
HOW IT WORKS
A four-step process.
Our process is designed so both sides walk into coaching with clarity. We want to learn about you before we begin, and we want you to know exactly what the work together looks like.
Application
Complete the short application below. Most applicants finish in ten to fifteen minutes.
Review
We review every application personally. You will hear back from us within five business days.
Strategy Session
If we're a good fit for one another, you'll receive a link to book your one-hour Paid Strategy Session.
Pathway
After your session, we recommend the coaching pathway that fits your goals and timeline.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
What Makes a Good Partnership
Our work is most useful when you have a specific competition in view. Crown the Nation is built for women preparing for a local, state, or national competition with a date and a goal in sight, ideally three months or more before competition week.
Our coaching is direct, and our best clients are open to that directness. We give honest feedback because that is what produces titleholders, and we deliver it with care. The women who thrive with us welcome that kind of partnership and bring an open posture to every session.
The work between sessions is where titles are actually won. Coaching calls are where we strategize and refine, and the real preparation happens between them. Our best clients arrive at each session having put their hands on the work since the last one.
Coaching at this level is a financial investment. We are upfront about that so the conversation can be transparent from the start. We want our clients to feel ready and clear-eyed about the commitment they are making — and to feel that the investment is well-matched to the year ahead of them.
The calendar is part of the work. Sessions are scheduled with intention, and we ask our clients to honor that — by arriving prepared, communicating clearly when something shifts, and treating coaching time as the focused work it is.
